The RE:SET Code, forged by the Will to Live and the Will to Ascend, is the code that brings the RE:SET Movement to life. A feeling of powerlessness, anger, and lack of meaning washed over humanity once our institutions decided to turn our most natural form into a series of fragmentations. We have been taught to isolate the Mind, Body, and Spirit as ends in themselves, which has brought numerous consequences:
THE RE:SET CODE
The Mind was exalted above the Body: hyper-intellectualism and theorization have drained the passions of action. These thoughts, lingering within capable individuals, have turned latent and nothing more than a form of fetishization.
The Body was reduced to an Object: creating an air of vanity and shallowness as society collectively embraced the rise of materialism. Society has become fascinated with the object itself and rejected the essence behind it.
The Spirit was hollowed out: where organized Religion and modern spirituality have become nothing more than a facade, aimed at escapism through feigned moral obedience. They have become disconnected, where the idea of a distanced worship is equated to embodying the Spirit through action.
RE:SET exists as the bridge, conversely treating the Three Pillars: Mind, body, and Spirit as a means to an end through unification.
To put it clearly, the RE:SET code aims to invoke perpetual ascension at both the level of the individual and the community by cultivating the Mind, Body and Spirit as one. The RE:SET code serves as a series of guidelines that each individual can apply through their unique perspective. See the protocol for each Pillar below:
MIND
I. Shattering Illusions for the Pursuit of Truth
II. Practicing Understanding Over Memorization
III. Integrating Knowledge and Theory into Reality
BODY
I. Accepting Pain and Suffering
II. Training For Function and Force
III. Controlling and Mastering Your Body to Align It with Your Will
SPIRIT
I. Expressing Faith through Action
II. Embodying the Spirit instead of Blind Worship
III. Acceptance of Death
As stated earlier, these Pillars remain as guidelines. There is no “correct way” to follow these steps, as each pillar will bleed into the others. For instance, one person may have a sudden passion for pursuing Music and Art, while the other may have a focus on learning Martial Arts. Who’s to say these activities stop at the Body? Aren’t the previously mentioned examples rooted in the Mind, Body, and Spirit? Even religiously, some may resonate more with Buddhism than with Christianity, yet still arrive at the same spiritual realizations and awakenings. There are also immediate steps to follow this protocol, including:
I. Reading every day
II. Spending more time outside
III. Following a new workout plan
IV. Researching a topic that interests you to push yourself intellectually
